We aim to dispatch customer orders that are placed before 11am the same day, and always within 24hrs Monday to Friday.
We are Happy to take payments by Debit & Credit Card via Nochex and available also Paypal.
In the unlikely event that your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Our returns policy is simple! Our "no nonsense" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is faulty, defective or you've had a change of mind, you must return it to us unused and in its original condition within 14 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund.
Damaged in Transit.
You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your goods for any claims of damaged items. If your item has been damaged in transit, you must keep ALL packaging and the item, for inspection by an inspection officer appointed by the company that delivered your order. Failure to do so will invalidate your claim and no compensation will be paid.
Lost in Transit.
Orders which are losted in Transit, we will require all customers to check at their local Post Office or Royal Collection Point, due to Royal Mail policy we cannot claim orders as lost uptil 14 working days.
An items not received form will be required to be completed and return to head office.
ALL items returned because they are unwanted do not receive a refund on postage and packaging, these costs are incurred when we send out your item and cannot be refunded. Before returning items please email us for a Return Number. We will not accept a returned item without a return number. All items must be returned in original unopened packaging within 14 days. Full refunds will be given for any faulty items, these must also be returned within 14 days.
